Coosa Valley Home Shield provides a digital matching platform designed to connect homeowners and prospective homebuyers with independent, licensed insurance specialists ("Specialists"). We are a marketing and referral service only.
No Insurance Advice: We do not provide insurance quotes, financial advice, or policy recommendations. Any information provided on this Site is for educational purposes only.
No Agency Relationship: Coosa Valley Home Shield is not a licensed insurance agency, carrier, or broker. We do not sell insurance policies or underwrite risk.
Independent Specialists: The Specialists featured on our "Match" page are independent third parties. We do not employ these Specialists and are not responsible for the advice, quotes, or services they provide.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide through our "Smart Match" form (including mortgage balance, credit standing, and tobacco use) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Your matches are generated based on the data you provide; inaccurate data will result in inaccurate specialist matching.
In accordance with the April 11, 2026 FCC "One-to-One Consent" rules:
One-to-One Selection: You will be presented with a list of specific Specialists. By clicking "Select" or "See My Matches" for a specific Specialist, you are providing express written consent for that specific individual or their agency to contact you at the phone number provided.
Automated Technology: Consent includes contact via live agent, pre-recorded messages, or automated SMS/text technology.
Not a Condition of Purchase: You are not required to provide consent as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
Opt-Out: You may revoke consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by notifying the Specialist directly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coosa Valley Home Shield and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use of the matching tool.
Any interactions, contracts, or disputes between you and a matched Specialist.
The accuracy or pricing of any insurance quote provided by a Specialist.
The branding, "Home Shield" concept, logos, and custom "Flow State" artwork displayed on this site are the property of Coosa Valley Home Shield. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without express written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be handled in the courts of Floyd County, Georgia.
